It’s been over a year since my last marathon. I’m finally healthy (bite my tongue, knock on wood), and I’m totally stoked about getting back in shape to run the OBX Marathon on November 13, 2011 in vibrams or completely barefoot.
Over the next 20 weeks I’ll be logging all my runs and totaling the miles as I strive to hit the magic number: 632.
I’ve embedded my training log totals below. Check it out. Heck, come back from time to time to see how I’m doing. Cheer me on. Bring water, bananas, or just a kind word. I’ve got a lot of road ahead of me and I need all the help I can get.
When it’s all over, and I’ve completed my training, I’ll be ready for OBX.
