I got a job at 14 so I could buy stuff, and one of the first things I bought (well, put on layaway) was a Game Boy. Of the handful of games that I actually purchased there are two that stick out in my mind: Tecmo Bowl and Tetris.
Those who’ve never played a Game Boy or Nintendo probably don’t know the former, but most everyone knows the block building Russian madness, Tetris.
Taking the game and the craziness that one endures while playing the game, the video below combines both with texting. Those sometimes annoying 160-character messages laden with misspellings and shorthand we send to our friends, family, and drunken stooges. Like the guys who created the following video I say enough is enough. Seriously, will someone please unTextMe?
BTW, if you’d like to play the aforementioned games just click their titles here: Tecmo Bowl or Tetris.
